About The Founder The effort to develop strong community programs depends on the collaboration and integration of key stakeholders involved. Cinda Muckenthaler has worked to support the development of community programs in areas related to School Readiness, Early Childhood Education, and Head Start programs. Ms. Muckenthaler works closely with local, state and federal programs to provide direct technical assistance to clients in the areas of grant proposal development, fiscal leveraging, as well as logic model alignment. She provides training and technical assistance to school readiness programs with a focus on sustainability planning, alignment with state and local financial regulatory requirements, and securing additional funding. She has extensive experience in financial analysis of programs for alignment with state and local requirements. Additionally, she has assisted agencies in developing sustainability plans and securing millions of dollars in additional resources. She has engaged in numerous capacity building activities for both school based and community based organizations.
