Muckenthaler and Associates connects community-based organizations, school districts, and businesses to comprehensive organizational strategies that increase the quality of programs and services dedicated to children, families, and communities. Our role is to help program staff customize a process and identify and navigate priorities to support successful outcomes for the development of children, families, and communities.

With more than 25 years of experience in the field of early childhood education, our vision is to ensure that our clients have the resources that they need to provide and sustain quality services for children, families, and communities.

• Assessing communities needs and strengths in an effort to increase capacity;

• Formalizing and managing community agreements;

• Expanding knowledge of fiscal leveraging opportunities;

• Comparing existing resources to needs and identifying resource gaps;

• Examining accessible assets for maximum benefit;

• Utilizing staff strengths to develop protocols and training focus areas;

• Analyzing and collapsing program operations (where applicable) to maximize
dollar allocations;

• Engagement as event speaker and faciliator;

• Educating program and fiscal staff on the importance of alignment and reinforcement
of goals and objectives; and

• Evaluating programs for quality improvement.
